How technology may assist

In the signed-in portal, AI may classify submitted HR questions. For a question that is not flagged for human review, it may also draft a response. A question flagged for review is returned without an AI draft and marked for review; that status does not mean a person has already reviewed it.

A booking request may also use its topic and brief context to prepare notes for the team. The free Health Check score, summary, and next steps are calculated from the answers using the app's scoring logic; they are not produced by an AI response.

Human review depends on the service

Whether a person reviews work, and when that review happens, depends on the service or matter. Human review is not included in every service and does not occur for every automated interaction. Any review for a particular engagement is limited to its agreed scope.
